The most believable is the prospect of Nelson Vivas leaving for Paris St Germain (see here). He could do with first-team football a bit more often, to secure his place in the Argentina side. To be fair to Nelson, his continued presence in that side despite not being a first choice for his club must be some testament to his abiltities. It indicates that he's more of a player than we've had the pleasure to witness.

Less believable are rumours of a swap deal involving Parlour and £8m for Kevin Phillips. Ray has declared his commitment to Arsenal, saying he has every intention of seeing out his career at Hihgbury (or whereever...). Surely, if Arsenal wanted (Arsenal fan) Phillips, it'd just be a question of money.

Of course, Wenger has said that he's happy with his strikers. But rumours persist. Both Wiltord and Kanu have been said to be the subjects of talks between Arsenal and Inter.

And of course, Vieira is still said to be heading for Man Utd, Inter, Juve, Barca, you-name-it, even Chelsea. Let's not forget, Arsène has said that Vieira's going nowhere. Vieira has said there's nowhere else he'd rather be.
