Planet Football report that
Kaiserslautern are planning to bring Stefan Malz back to the Bundesliga.
According to the German club, they've already agreed a fee
with Arsenal (thought to be in the region of £750,000)
and just need to sort out terms with the player.
Although Malz has never shown us quite enough for Arsenal
fans to think he deserved a place ahead of our other midfielders, it has to be said that he's never really be given a chance. Good luck to him.
Meanwhile, Lens's French defender Jose Pierre Fanfan claims that he's turned down both Arsenal and Bayern Munich to move to Monaco instead. Sorry mate, never heard of ya. Actually that's not true, he was one of Len's dodgy centrebacks when we played them last year.
