Reports in the Spanish press suggest that Nicolas Anelka has been talking to Atletico Madrid. The newspaper 'Diario AS' says that Anelka has offered himself to the club for a fee of 4000 million pesetas, or 16 million pounds - a fact apparently confirmed by Atletico's notorious chairman, Jesus Gil.
