Wenger rules out any buys

"I'm very happy with the squad that I have and I've said that many times. We won't go out and buy."

This emphatic statement from Arsenal manager Arsčne Wenger is meant to stop any speculations about Mark van Bommel supposedly replacing Patrick Vieira, and other rumours.

"I rate van Bommel highly but we are not in the market at all for anybody," Wenger says to the Independent.
