Plans for a possible new Arsenal stadium at Ashburton Grove
(announced by Arsenal back in November) will be
considered by an Islington Council committee tomorrow. Once
that committee has approved the plans they will be made
available to the public for the next phase.
Naturally, some locals are already up in arms about traffic
and so on. As we understand it, no-one would lose their home.
But there are a few privately owned companies based on the land
(as well as many council firms) and they are also expected
