David O'Leary has been saying that he will field a weakened
side against Arsenal on Saturday, if Leeds come out of tonight's
Champs League semi-final first leg with a chance of progressing.
"My priority, if we get a good
result against Valencia, will not be the game with Arsenal. If we
have a chance of getting into the final of the greatest club
tournament then my priority will be next Tuesday's game. It is a
fact that we have not got the biggest squad but if we have a chance
of getting to the final I will rest players on Saturday, that is a
fact."
He didn't miss the chance to continue with a moan about having to play a premiership match this Saturday. Playing football on
a Saturday? Whatever will they think of next?
Incidentally, one players who almost certainly will be playign against us is Robbie Keane, since he's ineligible for the Champs League matches.
